Our partner Scott Dawson will share his practice experience on two panels at the upcoming CLE BC webinar “Defamation, Privacy and Media Law 2025” on March 13, 2025. Scott is well known for his litigation expertise, advising regional, national, and international news media organizations on defamation claims and media law issues. He will be presenting on “Political Speech, Social Movements, Injunctions, and the Law of Defamation” and providing practice and procedure insights about anti-SLAPP laws.
