DJA Counsel is delighted to welcome Simon Lusztig

Simon is a former BC Court of Appeal clerk and joins DJA Counsel with a focus on developing a robust litigation practice that includes complex commercial disputes and appellate advocacy.

In addition to experience as a judicial law clerk for two justices at the appellate level, Simon articled at the Toronto offices of a national firm with a leading litigation practice. He is called to the bar in both Ontario and British Columbia.
