Mitchell Ferreira

Biography

Mitchell maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, with a focus on complex commercial disputes, class actions, and white collar and regulatory defence matters. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and in arbitration.

Before joining Dennis James Aitken, Mitchell articled at a national firm with a leading litigation practice and clerked for five justices of the British Columbia Supreme Court. Mitchell received his law degree from the University of Victoria, where he represented UVic in the Gale Cup Moot competition.

In his spare time, Mitchell enjoys skiing, playing soccer, and supporting Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League.
