DJA has extensive administrative and public law experience.
In addition to appearing as counsel in leading constitutional cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, our lawyers regularly appear before administrative tribunals and the courts on judicial review or appeal from decisions of statutory decision makers.

In the mining sector, one of our lawyers represented the Mining Associations of British Columbia and Canada as interveners in the judicial review in Federal Court of the Taseko New Prosperity mine environmental assessment: Taseko Mines Limited v. Canada (Environment), 2017 FC 1099.
Examples of successful representation of clients in the professional regulatory sphere include: Mohan v. Law Society of British Columbia, 2013 BCCA 489.
