David Crossin, K.C. joins us after distinguished service as a Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and more than 40 years of practice at the bar. Our clients and colleagues will benefit greatly from his expertise and guidance.
Over the course of his career, he has appeared at every level of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has acted in some of the most complex and high-profile cases in our province. His practice has spanned commercial, administrative, and criminal law.
Beyond his advocacy work, David has also served as a Special Prosecutor and amicus curiae.
He is a Fellow of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers, and has given generously of his time through CLEBC programs, mentorship, and the UBC McEachern Advocacy Clinic.
David has also held leadership roles within the profession, including serving as President of the Law Society of British Columbia, Chair of the Legal Services Society (now Legal Aid BC), and as a Life Bencher of the Law Society. His longstanding dedication to mentorship and access to justice has left a lasting mark on the legal community.
