We are pleased to welcome Rachel Abrahams as a new associate at DJA Counsel.
Rachel brings a strong foundation in civil litigation and appellate advocacy to the firm. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, administrative and constitutional law, and appellate work, and she has experience advising clients from corporations and government entities to individuals and public interest organizations. Before joining DJA Counsel, Rachel clerked for two justices of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, an experience that sharpened her analytical rigor and appellate insight. She also practised litigation at a leading national law firm, gaining valuable courtroom and strategic expertise. She has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and in the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
