We are pleased to share that Kelly Twa has joined DJA Counsel as our newest associate. Kelly’s arrival is a significant addition to our team.
Kelly is a litigator with a background that includes national and international experience. Before joining us, Kelly practiced with a London, UK litigation firm. She is also a former judicial law clerk (Alberta Court of King’s Bench) and practiced with a leading national law firm in Calgary. She has appeared before superior and appellate courts in multiple jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Kelly’s practice will focus on complex commercial disputes, constitutional and administrative law matters, judicial reviews and appeals.
